We use personal information to operate Ideal Naukri and deliver the hiring experience you expect.

• Publish job listings, process applications, and manage recruitment workflows.
• Send service notifications such as application updates and interview scheduling.
• Provide optional AI career-matching features based on your profile and job data.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only when needed to provide the service or when required by law.

• Employers can view applicant information submitted for their job listings.
• Job seekers can view public job listing details and their own application status.
• Infrastructure providers (such as hosting, database, email, and AI processing partners) process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
• We may disclose information if required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect users and the platform.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.

We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including access controls and encrypted transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information.

• Update profile and resume details from your dashboard.
• Manage saved jobs, applications, and notification preferences in the product.
• Schedule account deletion from Settings. Your login is blocked immediately and personal data is erased after 14 days unless you sign in and cancel.
• Some anonymized operational records (for example an application row without your name) and security logs may remain after deletion.
